While Police often deal with crimes they also respond to other life or death emergencies. Hamilton Officers Stephanie Balon and Jordan Constable were called to the home of Ashley Marvin, a young woman who was in labour and was unable to make it to the hospital. The officers were told they would only have to stay until the paramedics arrive but baby Gemma had other plans and was delivered at 6:30am Wednesday morning. This is Ashley’s third child.
